A very professional business. I have used Arnold & Sons for every major plumbing problem. A technician comes out and after inspection of the issue is always upfront with problem and options to resolve. The technicians I have had have all been very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process. I like the peace of mind of the warranty options for equipment installed. Great service, well trained technicians, and always polite. A+

Dale was my technician, he was very upfront about cost and what work would be done. He was very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Jace, Tony, and Kendrick come out to do the work. They completed the job with the highest level of craftsmanship and best quality parts. They were very friendly as well and took away my old water softener at no charge. I will be calling Arnold Plumbing for all future work on my house!

We had drain issues and found out we have an old cast-iron pipe that was deteriorating so it got rerouted but there was other fixes in the house that I had them take care of, and they did excellent work. Very classy team barely even knew they were there. All team members were very polite. They made a plan came and fixed it . Thank you

Update! Nothing is worse than discovering you don't have hot water. Except it wasn't a surprise. The thorough itemized inspection Dale and Robert did previously, left us aware of the situation we were looking at and how much it would cost. My husband and I were able to sort out what we wanted to do moneywise ahead of them coming. Of Course the hot water went out on a holiday weekend, but they came out the next day and were able to get us on the schedule for the beginning of the next week for complete repair and fresh installation of a new warranty covered tankless water heater, water softener, and whole house filtration system. The receptionist was able to pull up are file based on our phone number. It's the little things that count. Before their arrival we had our Ultimate Plumbing Game Plan decided! I can't express enough the quality of service. From wearing a mask without being asked, because it was in our file. To the level of patience and kindness to our children as they were extremely curious about the work being done. Our son is Autistic and he LOVES when tradesman come over so he can learn how everything works. The guys were amazing towards him and allowed him to be curious and answered his questions. They also gave us peace of mind, with their attention to detail and always maintaining professionalism, no matter who is in the room. .......First Review..... After purchasing our first home, we noticed quite a few areas of concern. As new homeowners hiring maintenance/repair work is nerve-wracking. After researching our area, I was drawn to Arnold & Son's Plumbing. I loved their commitment to the environment and excellent reviews from previous companies. Our kitchen sink stopped draining on Sunday and we were in no rush. I submitted an online inquiry and received a call right away Monday with a time for arrival. As Monday came I received a call letting me know they were on their way. After hanging up I got a text with photos and descriptions of the gentleman coming into our home. Dale and Robert arrived. They were very polite, wore shoe coverings, and masks, I am immunocompromised and with that, COVID is still at the forefront of our mind having anyone enter our home. After spending quite some time diagnosing the issue we called about, and also checking the rest of our home's plumbing we discovered some other issues which are going out or need fixing sooner rather than later. We never pressure to fix more than we could afford at that moment. We have the ability to plan the other items to get everything fixed over the next few months. They were honest with items that were still in good shape and weren't trying to ups sale us at all along the way. At the end of the visit, they wrote up five different options detailing various combinations of fixes we could do with estimates next to each fix. Allowing us, as the customers, to customize/rearrange our plan of attack to get our plumbing all up to date. We ended up choosing to start with fixing the kitchen sink at this time but appreciated the comprehensive look into our home's plumbing. Once we decided on the kitchen sink we were given an all-inclusive cost. Meaning if they found anything while they were doing the project we weren't going to have to worry about an added cost. They were able to come out the very next morning and get to work with the issue we had it was going to take 3 to 4 hours. But the work they did was outstanding. Everything was left clean, if not better than they found it, and made sure to treat our home just as they would their own home. 10/10 I would recommend them. The reviews commenting on price I believe are opinionated. We would rather pay for quality work that comes with a lifetime guarantee (at least for the sink drain) than have to fight backups yearly. I must Tyler was the most knowledgeable from the work that needed to be done, to the financing. Tyler made sure we understood each step we would be going through. All of the guys who came out were awesome, they did a major job here the day before thanksgiving and we are so very thankful. If you want it done right, call Arnold & Sons!

Jace and Kendrick did an awesome job installing our new water heater. They did a great copper piping update to the heater. Looks so much better. Thank you to Dale as well for coming out to check everything, giving me suggestions for future updates with quotes and getting the crew out here today. Arnold and Sons is always great to work with.

Called on a Sunday at 1:20PM to have a repair done that the city couldn’t do on a weekend and which left us without water. Told us the crew was on an emergency call and would come to our house right after and to expect a call in a few hours to give an ETA. We didn’t call anyone else Sunday since they said they were coming. They never called until Monday morning. Call a national chain if you need something done timely.
